Integration (insb. ausländischer) Studenten in Fakultät / ESE /

- E-Mail "Umfrage zur Erweiterung des Semestertickets" vom Referenten
Semesterticket des StuRa
Wir fangen 19h an und treffen uns wie immer vorher im FSR-Büro.

this monday the student representatives meets again and we will discuss
the following topics:
- results of our FSR weekend, where we introduce our new members and
discuss our goals for this year, events for the student body,
integration of ( particularly foreign) students into the faculty /
freshmen's week / mentoring programme among other things
- Email "Survey about the expansion of the student transit pass" from
the student council
Our meeting begins 7pm and we will meet beforehand in the FSR office (E017).

1004) das 3. gemeinsame Fakultäts-Schachturnier der Informatik und
Mathematik stattfinden.

Wenn Leute daran Interesse haben, wird es nebenher auch noch ein
Go-Turnier und/oder ein Go-Tutorial geben.

this thursday (21 january) we will hold the third joint chess turney of
computer scientists and mathematicians, starting 4:40 pm in the großes
Ratszimmer (Inf 1004).

sorry) - to register as a participant, just sent an eMail to
aljoscha(a)ifsr.de.
If people are interested in it, we might offer a Go turney and/or

offiziellen Ergebnisse am 25.01. statt.

- Bericht des Treffens der Fachschaftsräte
- Bericht des Treffens zwischen CL-/CE-Studenten, Professor Hölldobler
(Studiendekan für die englischsprachigen Master) und FSR-Vertretern
- studentischer Konsul, wie er von den POT81 Studenten gefordert wird

this monday is the last regular meeting of the old student
representatives. The constituition of newly elected student
representatives takes place on 25 January after the official results
have been announced.
We will discuss the following topics:
- report from a meeting between the student representatives of the
various faculties
- report from a meeting between CL/CE students, Professor Hölldobler
(dean of students for the English Master Degrees) and student
representatives
- student consul as it is demanded by the students of the POT81

Hi,
wie sicher die meisten mitbekommen haben, ist diese Woche von Dienstag
bis Donnerstag FSR-Wahl. Zur Wahl stehen 22 Kandidaten, die man sich
mit Bild und Wahltext unter [1] anschauen kann.
Wer jetzt noch nicht weiß, wen er wählt, sollte heute Nachmittag 17
Uhr ins große Ratszimmer kommen. Das befindet sich auf der ersten
Etage der Fakultät genau über den Fahrradständern. Hier werden sich
alle Kandidaten kurz vorstellen und dann euren hoffentlich kritischen
Fragen stellen.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn nicht nur viele zu der Vorstellung kommen
würden, sondern auch wenn viele wählen gehen, das ist wichtig für
unsere Legitimation!

1. FSR-Wahl
Die FSR-Wahl findet vom 12. bis zum 14.01. statt. Zu folgenden Zeiten
und Orten kann gewählt werden:
* Dienstag 12. Jan: 9 bis 11:30 Uhr im Foyer der Fakultät Informatik
und 12 bis 15:30 Uhr im HSZ (Foyer EG),
* Mittwoch 13. Jan: 10 bis 13:30 Uhr im HSZ (Foyer EG) und 14:15 bis
16:45 Uhr im Foyer der Fakultät Informatik,
* Donnerstag 14. Jan: 9 bis 15 Uhr im Foyer der Fakultät Informatik.

2. StuRa-Ausschreibungen
Nächste Woche sind FSR-Wahlen, womit auch der StuRa neu besetzt wird. An
diese Neubesetzung sind auch die Ausschreibungen für die Ämter im StuRa
(wie Geschäftsführung, Referenten, Ausschussmitglieder, etc) gekoppelt.

3. Prüfungseinschreibung
Die Einschreibungen für die Prüfungen des WS 09/10 beginnen am 11.01.
Die Einschreibungen sind bis zum 25.01. über jExam möglich.

4. Schachturnier
Am 21.1. findet das jährliche Schachturnier zusammen mit den
Mathematikern statt. Es beginnt 16:40 Uhr im Großen Ratssaal. Eine
Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich.

1. Election of the student representatives
From 12 to 14 January the election of the student representatives will
take place. Here you will find information about when and where you can
vote:
* Tuesday 12 Jan: 9 to 11:30 am: in the foyer of our faculty and 12
am to 3:30 pm within the HSZ (foyer, ground floor)
* Wednesday 13 Jan: 10 am to 1:30 pm within the HSZ (foyer, ground
floor) and 2:15 to 4:45 pm in the foyer of our faculty
* Thursday 14 Jan: 9 am to 3 pm in the foyer of our faculty

2. Open positions at the student council
With the election of the student representatives the student council
will also be appointed again, as well as all the positions within the

3. Signing up for exams
You can now sign up for the exams of the winter semester 09/10. You
should use JExam to do so until 25.01.10.

4. Chess tournament
The annual joint chess tournament of computer scientists and
mathematicians will take place on 21 January. It will start 4:40 pm in
the INF 1004. There is no need to register beforehand.
